Receivables Investor
Ring-fenced receivables finance.
Four £25,000 investments provide £100,000 solely for qualifying affiliate pre-payments. Supplier commissions return to the controlled collection structure and can fund further sales.
How it works
Receivables Investors finance the customer-acquisition cycle. Growth Investors finance the operating business. Each route has distinct use-of-funds and return terms.
Operating flow
A £25,000 Receivables or Growth investment.
To the ring-fenced receivables account or the operating business.
An approved acquisition partner operates the customer journey. Qualifying sales enter SwitchFair's contracted fulfilment process.
Commission becomes payable by participating energy suppliers.
Supplier receipts replenish programme liquidity and reserve balances.
According to the payment terms for the selected investor route.
Payment waterfall
Cash received through supplier connectivity partners or directly from participating energy suppliers.
Only agreed costs directly required to operate and collect the receivables.
Payments due under the applicable Receivables Investor or Growth Investor documents.
Target: 10% of outstanding investor capital.
Funding of the next approved acquisition cycle.
Residual cash retained.
Reserve Account
A reserve equal to 10% of outstanding investor capital is maintained to support monthly interest payments and short-term differences in the timing of supplier receipts.
A visible reserve provides a buffer for timing delays, disputed sales, cancellations or temporary supplier payment slippage.

If the market pauses
New acquisition is reduced or stopped.
SwitchFair does not need to keep funding new sales.
Qualifying accepted sales continue through their contractual settlement cycle.
New acquisition can restart when supplier demand returns.
Existing receivables remain subject to counterparty solvency, contractual rights, cancellations, clawbacks and qualification requirements.
